By default, in Google Chrome on Windows 10, this will open the PDF in another Chrome. From a list in the drop-down menu, click on settings. Right click a PDF > Open With > Choose Another App > Adobe Reader. Open Chrome browser, go to the top menu and click on the button ( three dots) saying Customize and Control Google Chrome.
